【摘要】:ThispartofISO11090specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,geometricandmachiningtestsandtestsforcheckingaccuracyandrepeatabilityofnumericallycontrolledpositioningaxesforgeneralpurposeandnormalaccuracydiesinkingelectro-dischargemachines(EDM).Italsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtotheabove-mentionedtests.ThispartofISO11090isapplicabletosinglecolumnmachinesofcrossslidetabletypeandfixedtabletype.ThispartofISO11090dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytothetestingofthemachineoperation(vibrations,abnormalnoises,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.),nortothecheckingofitscharacteristics(suchasspeeds,feeds,etc.),whichshouldgenerallybecheckedbeforethetestingofaccuracy.ThispartofISO11090providestheterminologyusedfortheprincipalcomponentsofthemachineandthedesignationoftheaxeswithreferencetoISO841.NOTE—InadditiontothetermsusedinthethreeofficialISOlanguages(English,FrenchandRussian),annexAofthispartofISO11090givestheequivalenttermsintheDutch,German,ItalianandSwedishlanguages;thesearepublishedundertheresponsibilityoftheNationalmemberbodiesforBelgium(IBN),Germany(DIN),Italy(UNI)andSweden(SIS).However,onlythetermsgivenintheofficiallanguagescanbeconsideredasISOterms.
