【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestspecimensandproceduresforperformingconstantloadamplitudefatiguetestsonmulti-spot-weldedandmulti-axialspecimensinthethicknessrangefrom0,5mmto5mmatroomtemperatureandarelativehumidityofmax.80%.TheapplicabilityofthisInternationalStandardtolargerthicknessescanbelimitedbymechanicalpropertiessuchasyieldstrengthandformabilityofthespecimenmaterial.Thethicknessrangeforadvancedhighstrengthsteels(AHSS)isgenerallybelow3,0mm.Greaterthicknessesapplyforaluminiumalloys,forexample.Dependingonthespecimenused,itispossiblefromtheresultstoevaluatethefatiguebehaviourof:a)spotweldssubjectedtodefineduniformloaddistribution;b)spotweldssubjectedtodefinednon-uniformloaddistribution;c)spotweldssubjectedtodifferentdefinedcombinationsofshear-,peel-andnormal-tensionloads;andd)thetestedspecimen.Multi-spotspecimenswithwhichthedifferentloaddistributionscanberealizedare:1)defineduniformloaddistribution:i)H-specimensforshear-andpeel-loading,(weldssubjectedtouniformshearorpeelloadingtransversetothejointline),ii)single-anddouble-hatspecimenssubjectedtofour-pointbending(spotweldssubjectedtouniformshearloadinthedirectionoftherowofwelds),iii)double-discspecimenundertorsion(spotweldssubjectedtouniformshearload),iv)double-discspecimenundertensileload(spotweldssubjectedtouniformpeelload),v)double-discspecimenundercombinedtorsionandtensileloading,vi)flatmulti-spotspecimensusingdefinedgrips;2)definednon-uniformloaddistribution:i)H-specimenswithmodifiedgrips,ii)modifiedH-specimenswithstandardgrips,iii)modifiedH-specimenswithmodifiedgrips,iv)flatmulti-spotspecimenswithmodifiedgrips,v)modifiedmulti-spotflatspecimenswithstandardgrips,vi)modifiedmulti-spotflatspecimenswithmodifiedgrips;3)definedcombinationsofshear-,peel-andnormal-tensionloads:i)theKS-2specimen,ii)thedoublediscspecimen;4)spotweldssubjectedtoundefinednon-uniformloaddistribution—single-hat,double-hatandsimilarclosedhollowsectionsundertorsion,3-pointbendingand/orinternalpressure.Thespecimensandtestsreferredtounder4)arenotdealtwithfurtherinthisInternationalStandard,becausetheresultsobtainedwiththesespecimensarespecifictothecomponentsastestedandmaynotbegeneralizedorusedforderivingdatapertainingtotheload-carryingbehaviourofthewelds.Resultsobtainedwithsuchtestsaresuitableforcomparingthemechanicalpropertiesofthetestedcomponentswiththoseofsimilarcomponentstestedinthesamemanner.Thesetestsare,however,notsuitableforevaluatingorcomparingtheload-carryingpropertiesofthewelds.Thetestresultsofthefatiguetestsobtainedwithcomponentlikespecimensaresuitableforderivingcriteriafortheselectionofmaterialsandthicknesscombinationsforstructuresandcomponentssubjectedtocyclicloading.Thisstatementisespeciallyrelevantforresultsobtainedwithspecimenswithboundaryconditions,i.e.alocalstiffnesssimilartothatofthestructureinquestion.Theresultsofafatiguetestaresuitablefordirectapplicationtodesignonlywhentheloadingconditionsinserviceandthestiffnessofthedesigninthejointareaareidentical.NOTESpecimensaremodifiedtotakeintoconsiderationconstraintsorspecificdemandsposedbydesign,e.g.smallerthanstandardoverlap,smallerorlargerthanstandardnuggetdiameter,andspecificloaddistribution,thusenhancingthevalueofthetestresultsforthedesignengineer.
