【摘要】:Thisstandardisforseallesscentrifugalpumpsthataredrivenbycannedmotorsormagneticcouplings.Itincludestypesandnomenclature,definitions;designandapplication;installation,operationandmaintenance,andtest.ThefollowingchangeshavebeenmadeastheresultofsuggestionsfromacanvassinitiatedonJanuary7,1999.5.3.2.2.3-LiquidContainmentShells:Thefollowingcautionstatementhasbeenadded:CAUTION:Theelectricalleadsfromthemotorstatorshallbesealedbetweentheterminalboxandthestatorelectricalcore.However,inthepossibleeventofthecombinedfailureofthesesealsandruptureofthestatorliner,itispossiblethattheprocessliquidbeingpumpedcanmigrateintotheatmosphericsideoftheterminalbox.Forthisreasonitisrecommendedthatelectricalconduitleadsealsshallbeutilizedtoprovidefurthersealredundancyagainstprocessliquidmigration,orthattheatmosphericsideoftheterminalboxshallbeventedtoasuitablesafelocation.Additionally,cautionshouldbeexercisedwhenopeningtheterminalboxinlightofthispossibility.5.3.2.2.6-LiquidContainmentShells:Theparagraphhasbeenrevisedtoreplace"pumpflangeratings"with"maximumoperatingpressureofthepump"andnowreadsasfollows:Primaryandsecondarycontainmentshells,staticsealsandmechanicalsealsusedforsecondarycontainmentshaftsealingshallhaveoperationalpressureratingsequalto,orgreaterthan,themaximumoperatingpressureofthepumpatratedconditions.5.3.2.4.3-VentandDrainBosses:Theminimumhasbeenchangedfrom1/2inchto3/8inch.5.3.3.5-MagnetTemperatureLimits:ForSamariumColbaltchangefrom260Cto300C.
