【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofthefollowingappliances,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliances,480Vforotherappliancesand24Vd.c.forapplianceswhenbatteryoperated.–refrigeratingappliancesforhouseholdandsimilaruse;–ice-makersincorporatingamotor-compressorandice-makersintendedtobeincorporatedinfrozenfoodstoragecompartments;–refrigeratingappliancesandice-makersforuseincamping,touringcaravansandboatsforleisurepurposes.Theseappliancesmaybeoperatedfromthemains,fromaseparatebatteryoroperatedeitherfromthemainsorfromaseparatebattery.Thisstandardalsodealswiththesafetyofice-creamappliancesintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Italsodealswithcompression-typeappliancesforhouseholdandsimilaruse,whichuseflammablerefrigerants.ThisstandarddoesnotcoverfeaturesoftheconstructionandoperationofthoserefrigeratingapplianceswhicharedealtwithinISOstandards.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose–physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or–lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE1Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountries,additionalrequirementsarespecifiedbynationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE2Laprésentenormenes'appliquepas–auxappareilsdestinésàêtreutilisésenpleinair;–auxappareilscon?usexclusivementpourdesusagesindustriels;–auxappareilsdestinésàêtreutilisésdansdeslocauxprésentantdesconditionsparticulières,tellesquelaprésenced’uneatmosphèrecorrosiveouexplosive(poussière,vapeurougaz);–auxappareilséquipésd’unebatterieprévuecommesourced'alimentationdelafonctionderéfrigération;–auxappareilsassembléssurlesiteparl'installateur;–auxappareilsavecmotocompresseursàdistance;–auxmotocompresseurs(CEI60335-2-34);–auxdistributeurscommerciauxavecousansmoyendepaiement(CEI60335-2-75);–auxsorbetièresàusagecommercial.
